New Head Space Sampling Techniques (Iso-Jars) In an effort to alleviate some of the problems associated with the traditional means of collecting drill cuttings in paint cans, Isotech Laboratories, Inc. we are marketing new containers "Iso-Jars". After preliminary tests, Isotech Laboratories, Inc. have found there to be very little change in either the compositional or isotopic composition of gases contained in these "jars" over time. Constructed of a durable, clear plastic, the troubles of proper filling and leakage are now a thing of the past.
Mud Gas Sampling by IsoTubes The IsoTube® Gas Sampling System was created by Isotech Laboratories, Inc. as a direct response to sampling and shipping difficulties that we and our customers have fought for years. The simple snap-in feature of the Sampling Manifold means an IsoTube® is always ready for sample collection, yet does not interfere with operation of the normal mud-logging equipment. A quick flip of the valve-control handle results in the collection of a sample. IsoTubes® are shipped 25 per box. Because they are designated as a single-use container, IATA regulations allow the new IsoTubes® to be legally shipped on both passenger and cargo aircraft (shipping instructions are included with each box of IsoTubes®).
